You Need Pie!
A family pie shop in Estes Park.
The Jackson family took the keys to the bakery in May 2025. Two parents, two kids in local schools, three generations of pie-crust intuition, and twenty years of recipes the previous owners baked by hand — passed down, kept on the menu, and pulled from the oven every morning at 7,500 feet.
Whole pies only
Every pie, every day, in two whole-pie sizes.
Order individual-size for a quiet supper, or full-size when the table is long. Fruit pies come with the house crumb topping; lattice is available only by special order or request.

The case rotates every morning — twenty to thirty whole pies in both our individual-size and full-size, baked at altitude with crumb topping as standard on fruit pies. Lattice is available only by special order or request. Bring the family, take a pie home for supper, and meet the kids behind the counter.

We come to your venue, we clean up. Getting-ready breakfast in the cabin, rehearsal dinner at the lodge, a head-table pie laid next to the cake, and a tray of full-size fruit pies for the late-night table — all from one kitchen, all cooked to altitude.

Bookings close two to four months out. Send us your date, headcount, and venue and we’ll sketch the menu around altitude, season, and what’s leaning out of the oven that week.
Most couples pair a morning getting-ready breakfast with a head-table whole pie and a tray of full-size fruit pies for the late-night table.
